Listening to Bob Costas being interviewed by Dan Patrick this morning, they both weighed in on Caitlyn Jenner. In a spirit of generosity, they wished her well. Maybe there will be an ESPN award for courage. Seeing the cover of Vanity Fair, I find myself amazed at the pace of our cultural shifts on sexuality. I ask myself how I should approach this as one under the Lordship of Jesus. Always with grace, but not at the expense of truth. It always starts with I Cor 10:31: “Whatever we do, whether we eat or drink, do all to the glory of God.” It’s hard to find the glory of God in a decision that contradicts God’s creative will.
